Returns & Exchanges Policy

Our Return & Exchange Process

  • Item is within the 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Product is in original condition – unused, unwashed, with all tags attached
  • Original packaging is intact and included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is available

  • Return authorization number

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

Important Exceptions

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Baby Bottles (opened or used)
  • Diapering products (opened packages)
  • Bibs (removed from packaging)
  • Personal care items from Accessories category

These restrictions help us maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our tiny customers.

Exchanges

We’re happy to help with exchanges for size, color, or product type within the 15-day window. The process is the same as returns – simply indicate your preference in your request.

If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no cost to you.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding Asia and select remote areas), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Customs duties and taxes for returned items are non-refundable. Please contact us before shipping international returns for specific instructions.
